Juice of 1/2 a lemon

Raw Honey

Dijon mustard

sea salt & pepper

walnuts

Instructions
Toss Arugula and Pear together
Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, honey and mustard, salt & pepper and drizzle over salad
Add walnuts if using
