    An important aspect of healing is to accept where you are right now and being OKAY with it in the moment.  That doesn’t mean to say that you stop trying to get better, it simply means that for now you will accept the situation you are in and come to peace with it.  The key is to continue doing all the things you have learned while keeping yourself in a more positive emotion.
