Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients
- 1 Spaghetti Squash
- 3 tbsp olive oi
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven 375 degrees
- Put spaghetti squash (whole) in a casserole dish and put in heated oven
- Cook for 45 minutes or until a fork goes through the skin easily
- Let cool for about 15 minutes (when you can handle it)
- Cut open the squash from base to tipScoop out all the seeds and soft tissue from the middle and discard
- With a fork, scrape out the "spaghetti" squash and throw out shell
- In a frying pan heat oil over medium heat, add minced garlic and heat for 2 minutes
- Add Spaghetti squash to the oil and garlic, add salt & pepper to taste and toss together until heated through
