Brussel Sprouts
Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Servings: 4 people
Ingredients
- Brussel Sprouts
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil more depending on the amount of brussel sprouts
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup use good quality organic
- 1/2 Onion, chopped
- 1 tsp salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- Wash Brussel Sprouts and cut in half if large
- In a bowl toss the Brussel Sprouts, chopped Onions, Olive Oil, Maple Syrup and Salt & Pepper until well coated
- Lay ingredients on a parchment lined baking sheet
- Bake for 30-45 minutes, check regularly and turn over mid way of cooking. They should be browned and a little crispy
