Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

  • Brussel Sprouts
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil more depending on the amount of brussel sprouts
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup use good quality organic
  • 1/2 Onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  • Wash Brussel Sprouts and cut in half if large
  • In a bowl toss the Brussel Sprouts, chopped Onions, Olive Oil, Maple Syrup and Salt & Pepper until well coated
  • Lay ingredients on a parchment lined baking sheet
  • Bake for 30-45 minutes, check regularly and turn over mid way of cooking. They should be browned and a little crispy
